Reward program policy
Points are earned for subscribing to our monthly email list. Points are earned for every dollar you spend at HARLOW on deposits, photoshoot balances, and print collections. Points are automatically given when you make you purchase through our website payment system. Selecting pay later or pay offline will not accrue points. If you want your points, you must email us within 30 days with the Header "add my points" in the subject please include with the pretax total paid paid and the date it was paid.  We will manually add points.

100.00 off your next full price booking 1000 points = $100 off orders over $400

200.00 off your next full price booking 2000 points = $200 off orders over $500

300.00 off your next full price booking 3000 points = $300 off orders over $700

Rewards may be used on the total amount due on any new full price HARLOW photoshoot booking balance NOT booking deposit. No other discounts may be applied. Deposits may not be discounted for any reason. Reward points may not be used retroactively. Rewards points  may not be used to purchase prints or digitals however you will earn points from your print and digital purchases. Rewards points may not be redeemed for cash, given to other clients past present or future. 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program at anytime. Points are accrued with every dollar spent at HARLOW. Points should be used within 365 days of earning them
