Reward program policy
Points are earned for subscribing to our monthly email list.
Points are earned for every dollar you spend at HARLOW on deposits, photoshoot balances, and print collections.
Points are automatically given when you make your purchase through our website payment system.
Please note: Selecting pay later or pay offline will not accrue points. If you want your points, you must email us within 30 days with the Header "add my points" in the subject please include with the pre tax total paid and the date it was paid.
We will manually add points for any invoices paid for photographic services or prints.
Reward type
1000 points = 100. off your next full price booking 449 and up
2000 points = $200 off your next full price booking 449. and up
3000 points = $300 off your next full price booking 449. and up
4000 points = $400 off your next full price booking 549. and up
Rewards may be used on the total amount due on any new full price HARLOW photoshoot booking balance. Session fees start at 499.

A 100.00 non refundable retainer is required to schedule your rewards appointment.

No other discounts may be applied. Reward points may not be used retroactively.

Rewards points may not be used to purchase prints or digitals however you will earn points from your print and digital purchases.

Rewards points may not be redeemed for cash, given to other clients past present or future.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program at any time. Points are accrued with every dollar spent at HARLOW.

Should HARLOW close or cease services for any reason, points will not be redeemed for any cash value.

Session fees do not include prints, digitals, or albums. As always we shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with the artwork we create for you for the purpose of selling or print and digital collections priced 599. and up. The minimum order to receive prints or digital images is 599. usd . Payment plans are available.
