      Contract Terms of Agreement
      We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your images for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 
       Please read your package details closely.
      Booking
      Once you confirm your booking with a Confirmation deposit or the purchase of a photoshoot pass through HARLOWpinup.com, zelle, venmo, or cash down payment, you agree to these terms. 
       Payment Agreement.
       Client(s) will pay for services of HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. These terms and conditions will prevail over any varying terms and conditions in client(s) order or other document supplied by the client(s) third parties, or implied by law, trade custom or course of dealing.
      Client has agreed to book services from HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. The terms are listed in the quote/invoice website despriction at harlowpinup.com
      Payment Policies
      Deposits are non refundable.Credit cards are accepted in person with a signature. We no longer accept credit cards over the phone. Your Final payment is due PRIOR your session starts and you will receive an invoice to pay by email..
      Balances are due prior to the start of service.
      If you pay your balance and do not show or cancel your session for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay the deposit again to reschedule.
      Your balance if paid prior to your session is not refunded for any reason if you cannot attend your appointment. The balance wil be  will be transferred to your rescheduled photoshoot date. 
      Non payment of service balance due will lead to cancellation of scheduled services and loss of deposit.
       Refunds of deposits are not issued if you cannot pay your balance.
       A 200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate your booking. The deposits are to be paid electronically in order to reserve date and time within our calendar. This deposit will apply toward the remaining total balance. You have 24 hours prior to your session date to confirm your arrival with the final payment.
      All payments must be paid in full before beginning service on the event. Non payment will lead to cancellation of your scheduled service and your deposit will be kept.
      HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. can refuse service if final full payment is not received 24 hours prior to your session start unless cash on arrival agreement has been made.
      Forms of Payment.
       Visa, Masterard, electronic payments from Zelle, & Venmo are preferred forms of payment. Personal checks are unacceptable. 
      Chargebacks
      In the unlikely event of a chargeback occuring after or before your scheduled session, a 100.00 fee will be added to your balance due. You will be also billed for the hours it takes to resolve the chargeback unless it is resolved within 72 hours with your bank and our credit card service. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft of service and retail theft of service. When you initiate a booking with a deposit, your services begin. HARLOW service is provided to you including, but not limited to : costume design, wardrobe shopping service, set design. & booking professional makeup artistry service contractors. When you complete your session, services provided to you may include but are not limited to; 3 hours of studio time, makeup artistry, photographic services, prints, print gifts. We will prosecute for any chargebacks
      shooting outdoors
      Weather can change at any time. If your shoot must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible. Refunds are not given on deposits because of weather issues. You will not lose your deposit either.lease Note: if you are sun sensitive to bring sunscreen. 
      Receiving your images
      Clients will be issued a price guide to purchase their favorite images after their photoshoot for retouching. Available for purchase-Choose from Prints, books, packages, or full resolution
      Clients will Receive a password and link to view your proofs (unedited photos) from your shoots and choose your favorites for retouching, rpints, gifts, and digitals. 
      Your session fees do not include retouching, prints, digital downloads, gifts or USB unless otherwise stated iin your package details.
       Cancellations and rescheduling
      We spend a great deal of time setting up, preparing for your session to ensure it's perfect. Our makeup team travels an hour to get here to work. We truly appreciate your cooperation. By cancelling without completing your fianl payment, you are stealing hundreds of dollars form the artists involved in making your appointment special. Clients who do not show up for their appointment time within 30 minutes of scheduled time will lose their time slot and deposit.
      Same day cancelations, no shows, or cancellations within 72 hours of their scheduled time slot, lose their 200.00 deposit. This deposit will need to be paid again in order to reschedule. In rare cases of personal tragedy or illness we may choose at our discretion to waive this fee. We require a minimum 72 hours notice to reschedule and you can only reschedule once.
      If you pay your balance due and cannot make your scheduled time, your balance will be transferred to the next available date agreeable by both parties. The deposit may need to be repaid to reschedule if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment. 
      Gift certificates 
      are non refundable and must be used within 365 days of your purchase receipt.
      Photographer injury or illness
      Harlow House photo reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or injury without fault. Deposits and any payments made leading up to your scheduled service will not be refunded due to date or time changes. Your service will be rescheduled at the next available most convenient date for both parties, client and photographer. 
      Liability
       HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir will not be liable to clients for any loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of business or revenues due unlikely to injury or illness that occurs on our property..  Harlow House Photo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or interaction from cosmetics products used by our 3rd party makeup artists contractors. Please Client(s), on behalf of client(s) and all client(s) guests, shall indemnify and hold HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir harmless, and defend HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir client(s) expense from all the claims, actions, loses, damages, costs of collection, attorney fees, expenses and suits arising from the use of items by any person or liability growing out of, or resulting from this contract. Should any portion of this agreement be found to be invalid by court of law, the invalidity of that portion of agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
      This Contract.
       If you do not sign this quotation, but authorize us to proceed with services by email, purchase order, payment of deposit via harlowpinup.com, zelle, venmo. or verbal contract, you will be bound by our contract terms as stated.
      By initiating this contract, you agree that, in the event of bankruptcy, disaster, or personal hardship, the invoice for said services will not be discharged.       By completing your booking with the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of our complete policy agreement. 

       

      Loyalty points are not valid on black friday deals. If points are used at checkout, your order will be refunded and cancelled.

       

      Black Friday sales cannot be combined with other offers, sales, coupons, or codes. If a code is used, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

      May be used for new bookings only for 2024.

      Pricing cannot be used or applied retro actively to previously booked sessions.

      You may not use a gift certificate to pay for a session you have already booked for 2023.

      Gift Certificates are valid 365 days for newly booked photoshoot sessions. Only one gift certificate may be used per session.

      Cannot be applied to another previously booked session.

      One per customer.

      Once your session is booked, all cancellation policies apply. A deposit is required to complete your booking with a gift certificates.

      Photoshoot passes are the full price of the session fees. If you schedule your session, we require 72 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment date. A 100.00 rescheduling fee will be added to your total for reschedules made within 72 hours of your session date and time. This must be paid to complete you appointment. 

      We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your photos for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. Please read your package carefully. Most sessions do not include prints, digitals, or gifts. Most packages require a minimum purchase after your session of 599.00.
