We will be looking for 40 fun, fearless, and fabulous women over 40 for a once in a lifetime opportunity to tell their story & be apart of an incredible up-lifting photoshoot experience with HARLOW and Paula Silva.
You will GET PUBLISHED in a special July 2026 edition of Retro Lovely Magazine boasting a worldwide following of 2.5 million viewers!!
You will look like a Hollywood screen legend goddess!!
By completing your booking with the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of our complete policy agreement.
What do you get with this package?
As one of my 40 over 40 models, you will receive:
- Phone consultation with me to discuss how you want to be photographed, what 2 outfits you would like to wear etc.
- Makeup and custom Lashes on the day of the photo shoot by the fairy godmother of makeovers Paula Silva Artistry (you will feel and look amazing!)
- Fully guided professional photo shoot where I will pose you down to your expression and fingertips.
- 2 wardrobe looks allowed and 1 set
- An interview that will be published on our Fierce 40 over 40 VIP page with a short video of you session.
- A same day reveal and ordering session where you can preview your gallery
- We choose the 4 best images to have published you will receive an 8x10 digital copy of each image to download.. Additional images and albums are available to be purchased.
- Your photos will be published in a special edition of Retro Lovely Magazine with more than 3 million followers worldwide in July of 2026
What is the investment?
This package is valued at 895.00 but, you will pay just 499.00 when you book by April 30th for any available May photoshoot date.

This session is broken into 2 payments: The 200.00 retainer deposit and the 300.00 balance.
Details and rules
- Models do not need experience but they must be over 40 to qualify. This includes women in their 50s and 60s too!!
- Before and After makeover photos may be shown on our website and social media accounts.
A model release form must be signed for this publication opportunity.
- Sessions are limited and will book up extremely fast
Additional prints, digitals, and print colections are available for purchase starting at 499.00 and up with payment plans available.
Session fees cover our studio time, wardrobe consultation, pro makeup, custom lashes, hair styling, , image hosting private gallery, dry cleaning, and set up.
The balance is due 24 hours prior to your session to confirm your arrival. Deposits are retainers for service and are non refundable. .
All models are presented with a price sheet after their session to order from a wide variety of print and digital options. We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your photos to purchase the beautiful artwork we create for you.

Deliverables:
We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your images for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. Image collections start at 599.00 during the 20% off presale period when you preorder the day of your shoot.
Digital images or digital downloads are NOT INCLUDED in our session fee.You may start a payment plan the day of your session with as little as 30% down .
We offer in house interest free payment plans and 3rd party financing for all photo collections.
Deliverables:
We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your images for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. Image collections start at 599.00 during the 20% offpresale period when you preorder the day of your shoot. After the preorder session ends, image collections start at 749.00We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with the artwork we create for you for the purpose of purchasing our skillfully retouched luxury print collections. The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 after any presale discounts. Please note: We do not sell individual photos .We do not haggle or offer smaller purchases no matter how much you compliment us or home much we like you. You do not receive images if you do not purchase an image collection. Your images will be achieved after 30 days and held until you make a purchase.
Digital images or digital downloads are NOT INCLUDED in our session fee. Image files and albums are to be delivered within 30-45 business days of receiving your final payment for Topaz and Diamond collections 10-20 days for every other collection. Clients may choose in house interest free payments for 30, 60 or 90 days. Items are only delivered after the final payment has been received. Partial payment does not equate to partial delivery. Once payment is initiated, due to the digital nature of the work involved, these orders will not be altered or changed.
Image usage:
Clients agree to not alter or further edit their images that are delivered including instagram filters, AI tools, and animation generators,

Rescheduling cancellation and late arrivals
Same day cancellations, no shows, or cancellations within 72 hours of their scheduled time slot, lose their 200.00 deposit.
a 150.00 rescheduling fee will need to be paid again in order to reschedule. In rare cases of personal tragedy or illness we may choose at our discretion to waive this fee.
We require a minimum 72 hours notice to reschedule and you can only reschedule once.
If you pay your balance due and cannot make your scheduled time, your balance will be transferred to the next available date agreeable by both parties.

These terms and conditions will prevail over any varying terms and conditions in client(s) order or other document supplied by the client(s) third parties, or implied by law, trade custom or course of dealing. Client has agreed to book services from HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Fantasy & Boudoir by initiating a payment for service and booking a session date.
Session Fee retainers are called deposits on the invoice and are non refundable.
A 33% non-refundable retainer deposit is required to initiate your booking. The retainer deposit is due upon booking to confirm your session date. - Not being able to pay your session balance prior to your session start.
- Not being available for your scheduled session date due to injury or illness bankruptcy
- Injury or illness
- Change of interest or plans
- Travel discrepancies
- work related child care or scheduling conflicts
- Your session fee balance payment is due a minimum 24 hours PRIOR your session starts to confirm your arrival and you will receive an invoice to pay by email.
- If you pay your deposit reschedule for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay a 150.00 rescheduling fee.
- If you pay your deposit and balance in full and reschedule for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay a 150.00 rescheduling fee.

- Refunds of deposits are not issued if you cannot pay your balance.
Chargebacks will be chargees as felony retail and/ or theft of service

Shooting outdoors
Weather can change at any time. If your shoot must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible. Refunds are not given on deposits because of weather issues. You will not lose your deposit either. We may shoot in very light rain or wait it out.
Please Note: if you are sun sensitive, bring sunscreen.
Gift certificates Policy
Gft certificates are non refundable and require an email receipt if your name is different from the name on the credit card.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will be treated as theft of service and retail theft of service. When you initiate a booking with a deposit, your services begin. HARLOW service is provided to you including, but not limited to : costume design, wardrobe shopping service, set design. & booking professional makeup artistry service contractors. When you complete your session, services provided to you may include but are not limited to; 3 hours of studio time, makeup artistry, photographic services, prints, print gifts. We will prosecute for any chargebacks
No Fault Illness
Photographer/ Client injury or illness -Harlow House photo reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or injury without fault. Deposits and any payments made leading up to your scheduled service will not be refunded due to date or time changes. Your service will be rescheduled at the next available most convenient date for both parties, client and photographer. This courtesy may be extended to the client for serious accidents, injury, or illness beyond her control. by initiating payment
By initiating payment, you are giving consent to agree to this binding contract. You agree that, in the event of bankruptcy, disaster, or personal hardship, the invoice for said services will not be discharged. No refunds will be made should any unforeseen circumstances occur. SAfety
Client and Photographer safety
The right to refuse service.
We reserve the right to cancel the client's session if the client exhibits abusive, pervasive, or vulgar behavior. We reserve the right to cancel the clients appointment if we deem the client to be a safety concern.
Drinking and drug use while on our premises is strictly prohibited.
Should any portion of this agreement be found to be invalid by court of law, the invalidity of that portion of agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
