Complete booking details
Client must book services with a 300.00 non refundable retainer.
Clients agrees to pay the balance due 549.00 for their session and album total cost plus tax no later than 24 hours prior to the start of their scheduled photoshoot february 1st.
An invoice will be sent requesting the retainer and balance due.
Clients must select their images within 24 hours for for the album or images will be selected on their behalf.
The album will be delivered to the studio here and the client is responsilbe for picking it up on or before February 14th for on time valentines day delivery.
Client may upgrade to a larger album, add gilding or imprinting, or purchase additional images if desired for additional fees.
Please Note: This is a 300.00 non refundable retainer that goes toward the total session fee amount due of 849.00. Balance is due 24 hours January 31st at the latest to confirm your arrival.

Policy Agreement part 1
Client(s) will pay for services of HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. These terms and conditions set within the policy agreement will prevail over any varying terms and conditions in client(s) order or other document supplied by the client(s) third parties, or implied by law, trade custom or course of dealing.
Client has agreed to book services from HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW by initiating payment through our website or by completing a payment to an invoice .
Investment Agreement
Upon booking, The client agrees and understands the session fee is separate from the purchase of digital files prints albums and gifts
We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your images for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 and this is in addition to your session fee- 499-799.
Any images not purchased will be removed from the hosting service after 30 days.
The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 which may be paid over time in interest free in house payments. The lowest price is alwasy available the day of your session during the presale period. After midnight the day of your session the prices will go up. To lock in the lowest price a deposit of 30% is required the day of your session.
After 30 days, if no purchase is made, your images are archived.
There is a 50.00 reactivation fee once this gallery expires.
Your session fee, as stated in our policies at checkout, covers the following:
- makeup artistry with custom lashes
- set design
- wardrobe styling
- photographers time for the day
- laundry service
- light image retouching for gallery presentation,
- image hosting for 30 days.
Digital Image Agreement
Digital images or digital downloads are NOT INCLUDED in our session fee.
The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 which may be paid over time in interest free in house payments.
Digital downloads are available with print collections and not sold individually until the 599. minimum order is reached.
If you have a PRINT CREDIT this may be applied toward the 599.00 minimum order.
This order minimum is non negotiable. If you are only looking for 1 or 2 images, HARLOW this is not the right artist for you.
Liability Agreement
HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW fantasy & Boudoir will not be liable to clients for the following :
any loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of business or revenues due unlikely to injury or illness that occurs on our property.. Harlow House Photo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or interaction from cosmetics products used by our 3rd party makeup artists contractors. Please Client(s), on behalf of client(s) and all client(s) guests, shall indemnify and hold HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir harmless, and defend HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir client(s) expense from all the claims, actions, loses, damages, costs of collection, attorney fees, expenses and suits arising from the use of items by any person or liability growing out of, or resulting from this contract

Shooting outdoors
Weather can change at any time. If your shoot must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible. Refunds are not given on deposits because of weather issues. You will not lose your deposit either. We may shoot in very light rain or wait it out.
Please Note: if you are sun sensitive, bring sunscreen.
Gift certificates Policy
Gft certificates are non refundable and require an email receipt if your name is different from the name on the credit card.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will be treated as theft of service and retail theft of service. When you initiate a booking with a deposit, your services begin. HARLOW service is provided to you including, but not limited to : costume design, wardrobe shopping service, set design. & booking professional makeup artistry service contractors. When you complete your session, services provided to you may include but are not limited to; 3 hours of studio time, makeup artistry, photographic services, prints, print gifts. We will prosecute for any chargebacks
No Fault Illness
Photographer/ Client injury or illness -Harlow House photo reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or injury without fault. Deposits and any payments made leading up to your scheduled service will not be refunded due to date or time changes. Your service will be rescheduled at the next available most convenient date for both parties, client and photographer. This courtesy may be extended to the client for serious accidents, injury, or illness beyond her control. by initiating payment
By initiating payment, you are giving consent to agree to this binding contract. You agree that, in the event of bankruptcy, disaster, or personal hardship, the invoice for said services will not be discharged. No refunds will be made should any unforeseen circumstances occur. The right to refuse service.
We reserve the right to cancel a session without fault should the client fail to meet any of the aforementioned payments on their scheduled session.The Deposit if rendered by the client is not refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the client's session if the client exhibits abusive, pervasive, or vulgar behavior. We reserve the right to cancel the clients appointment if we deem the client to be a safety concern.
Should any portion of this agreement be found to be invalid by court of law, the invalidity of that portion of agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Session Fee Deposits are non refundable for any reason including but not limited to:
- Not being able to pay your session balance prior to your session start.
- Not being available for your scheduled session date due to injury or illness bankruptcy
- Injury or illness
- Change of interest or plans
- Travel discrepancies
- work related child care or scheduling conflicts
- Your session fee balance payment is due a minimum 24 hours PRIOR your session starts to confirm your arrival and you will receive an invoice to pay by email.
- If you pay your deposit reschedule for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay a 150.00 rescheduling fee.
- If you pay your deposit and balance in full and reschedule for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay a 150.00 rescheduling fee.
- Deposits may be transferred once if we agree to a new date that works for all parties involved and must allow a minimum 80 hours notice for the one time reschedule.
- Your balance, if paid prior to your cancelled session, is not refunded for any reason if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.The balance will be transferred to your rescheduled photoshoot date.
- Non payment of a session balance due will lead to cancellation of scheduled services and loss of deposit.
- Refunds of deposits are not issued if you cannot pay your balance.
