Our session Fee is $549 and includes everything above.
We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with the artwork we create for you for the purpose of purchasing our skillfully retouched luxury print collections. Images are available to be purchased separately at your reveal appointment or the day of your session.
Save 20% when you order your print collection or album the day of your session during the pre-sale. . You may start a payment plan the day of your session to lock in the special offer.
We offer in house interest free payment plans and 3rd party financing for all photo collections starting at 599. Presale pricing ends at 8pm on the day of your session. Any orders placed after 8pm will fall under the regular price as shown on the keepsake collection menu

Contract Terms of Agreement
Client(s) will pay for services of HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. These terms and conditions will prevail over any varying terms and conditions in client(s) order or other document supplied by the client(s) third parties, or implied by law, trade custom or course of dealing.
Client has agreed to book services from HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir. The terms are listed in the quote/invoice website description at harlowhousephoto.com
We shoot with the intention of having you fall in love with your images for the purpose of purchasing the art we create for you. The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 this is in addition to your session fee ( 399-599)
Any images not purchased will be removed from the hosting service after 30 days.
The minimum purchase after your session is 599.00 which may be paid over time in interest free in house payments.
After 30 days, if no purchase is made, your images are archived. There is a 50.00 reactivation fee once this gallery expires.
Your session fee, as stated in our policies at checkout, covers the makeup artistry, set design, wardrobe styling, photographers time for the day laundry service, and image hosting for 30 days ONLY.
Digital downloads are available with print collections and not sold individually until the 599. minimum order is reached.
If you have a PRINT CREDIT this may be applied toward the 599.00 minimum order.
This order minimum is non negotiable.
shooting outdoors
Weather can change at any time. If your shoot must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible. Refunds are not given on deposits because of weather issues. You will not lose your deposit either. We may shoot in very light rain or wait it out.
Please Note: if you are sun sensitive, bring sunscreen.
Gift certificates
are non refundable and require an email receipt if your name is different from the name on the credit card.
Liability
HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW fantasy & Boudoir will not be liable to clients for any loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of business or revenues due unlikely to injury or illness that occurs on our property.. Harlow House Photo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or interaction from cosmetics products used by our 3rd party makeup artists contractors. Please Client(s), on behalf of client(s) and all client(s) guests, shall indemnify and hold HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir harmless, and defend HARLOW House Photo /HARLOW Pinup & Boudoir client(s) expense from all the claims, actions, loses, damages, costs of collection, attorney fees, expenses and suits arising from the use of items by any person or liability growing out of, or resulting from this contract. Should any portion of this agreement be found to be invalid by court of law, the invalidity of that portion of agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

If you do not sign this quotation, but authorize us to proceed with services by email, purchase order, payment of deposit via harlowpinup.com, zelle, venmo. or verbal contract, you will be bound by our contract terms as stated.
By initiating this contract, you agree that, in the event of bankruptcy, disaster, or personal hardship, the invoice for said services will not be discharged. Payment Policies
Payments are non refundable.
Your session fee balance payment is due a minimum 24 hours PRIOR your session starts to confirm your arrival and you will receive an invoice to pay by email.
If you pay your deposit and balance and reschedule for any reason within 72 hours of your session, you must pay a 150.00 rescheduling fee.
Your balance, if paid prior to your session, is not refunded for any reason if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.
The balance will be transferred to your rescheduled photoshoot date.
Non payment of a session balance due will lead to cancellation of scheduled services and loss of deposit.
Refunds of deposits are not issued if you cannot pay your balance.
Why do we have these policies?
Our artists are some of the absolute best in the industry and known internationally. They set aside a minimum of 3 hours plus travel time from Chicago to the suburbs to make your day special. Wardrobe is often custom made, and a set carefully staged and lit in preparation for your arrival. By booking with the deposit, purchasing a gift certificate or completing your invoice payment you agree to these policies.
Chargebacks
In the unlikely event of a chargeback occuring after or before your scheduled session, a 100.00 fee will be added to your balance due. You will be also billed for the hours it takes to resolve the chargeback unless it is resolved within 72 hours with your bank and our credit card service. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft of service and retail theft of service. When you initiate a booking with a deposit, your services begin. HARLOW service is provided to you including, but not limited to : costume design, wardrobe shopping service, set design. & booking professional makeup artistry service contractors. When you complete your session, services provided to you may include but are not limited to; 3 hours of studio time, makeup artistry, photographic services, prints, print gifts. We will prosecute for any chargebacks
No Fault Illness
Photographer/ Client injury or illness
Harlow House photo reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or injury without fault. Deposits and any payments made leading up to your scheduled service will not be refunded due to date or time changes. Your service will be rescheduled at the next available most convenient date for both parties, client and photographer. This courtesy may be extended to the client for serious accidents, injury, or illness beyond her control.
